Job Description

Deliver employee relations (ER) support across Ameriprise India.



Manage inbound queries submitted to the HR Service Center requiring general ER guidance to ensure compliance with HR policies, including providing consultation to employees, leaders, and HRBP on employee relations issues such as attendance, behavior, performance and policy violations. Provide intake and partner closely with the India ER COE in complex cases of harassment, discrimination etc. to ensure consistent case management and escalation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

ER Case Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for ER cases in India routed through HR Service Center.
- Manage assigned cases in a timely manner from intake to closure including fact-finding, documentation, risk assessment, and resolution.
- Handle issues related to performance, attendance, behavioral concerns, and policy violations.

Manager & Employee Advisory
- Provide direct ER consultation to managers and employees on workplace
