2) Job Description:

We are looking for someone who must have at least 4 years of experience on Facebook ads and Instagram ads, preferably at a marketing agency with multiple mid-sized clients. Someone who actually understands digital ads holistically and knows the levers available for creating results. Hands-on experience for managing social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating media plans
- Ads strategies for a specific channel
- Auditing ad accounts
- Analyzing performance and finding improvement areas
- Presenting the strategies and results to clients and planning ahead with them
- Creating processes for continuous improvement in our delivery results
- Coordinating with Creative team
- Organic Social Media Management along with Paid ads.




- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns & social media strategy
- Proven track record in managing social media channels and driving traffic to company portals
- Should have knowledge and ability to understand user behavior on digital platforms.
- The creative production experience, with an emphasis on video, social, and display-rich media for mobile and desktop platforms.

Skills:
- Positive hands-on experience on Facebook ads & Instagram ads
- Analytically sharp to analyze and find good insights
- Understand all social media platforms to maximize organic reach
- Being able to understand a brands message and copy
- Extremely good listener and Clear communicator
- Confident about strategies but still keen to learn more
- Good written communication
- Being able to manage multiple priorities at once

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
