Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Role Overview

This is a high-impact senior leadership role with complete ownership of the organization's revenue strategy and growth engine. The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across sales, marketing, customer acquisition, partnerships, and retention. The role will involve building scalable revenue processes, leveraging SaaS and technology tools, optimizing the sales funnel, improving conversion rates, and creating a data-driven revenue culture across the organization.

The CRO will work closely with the CEO, COO, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to identify revenue opportunities, improve business performance, and achieve aggressive but sustainable growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Strategy & Growth

-Develop and execute the organization's overall revenue growth strategy.

-Set revenue targets, growth objectives, and performance benchmarks.

-Identify recent revenue streams, markets, customer segments,



and business opportunities.

-Build scalable strategies for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

-Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's revenue model.

2. Sales Strategy & Leadership

-Develop and oversee the company's overall sales strategy and processes.

-Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.

-Establish sales targets, KPIs, territories, and performance metrics.

-Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-customer conversion rates.

-Develop sales methodologies, processes, playbooks, and best practices.

-Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where required.

-Work with sales leadership to build and scale a high-performing sales team.

3. SaaS Tools & Revenue Technology

-Identify, evaluate, implement, and manage SaaS tools and technology required to support revenue growth.

-Own the organization's CRM and revenue technology ecosystem.
