- Welcome and greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/barista team.
- Serve food, beverages, coffee, and other café items to customers.
- Ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
- Check customer satisfaction and respond to basic requests professionally.
- Transparent and clean tables after customers leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and other assigned areas.
- Assist with setting up the café before opening and closing activities.
- Support the kitchen/barista team whenever required.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glasses, and other service items carefully.
- Follow café hygiene, food-safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in stock arrangement and replenishment of service items.
- Inform the supervisor about customer complaints, damaged items, or operational issues.
- Follow café policies, attendance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Café Manager/Floor Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
