Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Meta Ads Performance Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving campaign performance, scaling profitable advertising campaigns, and driving measurable results through data-driven Meta Ads strategies.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop paid social strategies based on business and performance goals.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficient CPA and solid ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting.
- Test creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and offers.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance recommendations.

Requirements




- 3+ years of hands-on Facebook/Instagram Ads experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience with eCommerce and/or lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing $50k+ monthly Meta Ads spend.
- Previous digital marketing agency experience.
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
- Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
