Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews / telephonic screening
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & clients
- Maintain candidate database and update ATS / CRM
- Draft job descriptions and post jobs on portals
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer closures




- Support senior recruiters in daily hiring activities

Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Completed) or Graduate (Pursuing) with interest in HR
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in recruitment / HR career
- Basic knowledge of hiring process preferred
