About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist with hands-on experience in AI-based creative tools. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and AI implementation to enhance content quality, speed, and visual storytelling in a fast-paced agency setting.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Content Creation
- Edit and assemble high-quality videos from raw footage as per creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
- Shoot content with the team and suggest innovative transitions, effects, and editing styles.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content strategists to execute creative concepts.





Motion Graphics & Visual Design
- Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, infographics, thumbnails, and basic visual effects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video assets.

AI Tools & Creative Workflow
- Create and enhance content using AI tools including:
- ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Kling, VEO3, Nano Banana
- and other emerging AI platforms.
- Use AI tools for:

Script and caption generation
- Image and video generation
- Video enhancement and creative experimentation
- Integrate AI into editing and motion workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Maintain a structured library of effective AI prompts, tools, and creative techniques.
- Continuously research new AI tools, social media trends, and evolving content formats.Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with senior editors, motion designers, and creative leads.
- Take feedback positively and implement
