Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive / MIS Reporting Executive to manage daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, dashboards, data analysis, and performance tracking. The candidate will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely data collection and provide meaningful business insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Generate departmental performance reports and business dashboards.
- Maintain and update operational and management reports with high accuracy.
- Publish periodic reports within defined timelines.

Data Management & Analysis
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and reconcile data from various departments.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.




- Maintain centralized databases and records.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Dashboard & Performance Monitoring
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor key business KPIs and prepare variance reports.
- Provide actionable business insights through data analysis.
- Ensure regular maintenance and availability of management dashboards.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts, Stores, Purchase, and HR teams for timely data collection.
- Follow up with departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support management during business reviews, audits, and meetings.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline MIS reporting.
- Standardize reporting formats and documentation.
- Support ERP implementation and system data validation wherever applicable.
