About the Role

QI Spine is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to take complete ownership of clinic operations, revenue, P&L;, patient experience and team performance.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in healthcare/clinic management, P&L; ownership, team handling and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own clinic revenue, P&L; and monthly business targets.
- Drive patient acquisition through BTL activities, referrals, health camps and local marketing.
- Improve patient conversion, ARPP, renewals and collections.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, inventory and infrastructure.
- Lead and motivate a team of Doctors, Physiotherapists, Counsellors and Front Desk staff.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, performance and manpower requirements.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs, clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Track clinic KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Handle patient escalations and drive timely resolution.

Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 58 years of total experience with 3+ years in Centre/Clinic Management.
- Experience in Healthcare, Physiotherapy, Diagnostics, Dental, Eye Care or Hospital chains preferred.
- Strong experience in P&L;/revenue management and team leadership.
- Exposure to patient counselling, sales conversion and local marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Strong ownership mindset with a target-oriented approach.
