MSMarcom is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Professional with 35 years of experience in the Signage, Wayfinding, Branding, Advertising, Interior Fit-out or related industry.

The candidate should be an independent sales professional capable of generating his own leads, identifying potential clients, developing business relationships and converting opportunities into orders.

The primary responsibility will be to develop new business for Signage, Wayfinding and Branding Projects, particularly from corporates, commercial buildings, offices, retail, real estate and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads independently through market research, networking, references, cold calling, client visits and other business development activities.
- Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional clients for Signage & Wayfinding Projects.
- Develop relationships with corporates, builders, architects, interior designers, facility managers, project managers, procurement teams and other decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for internal and external signage, wayfinding and branding projects.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to develop suitable proposals and quotations.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals and convert them into orders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update lead and chance status.
- Identify upcoming construction, commercial, corporate, retail and real estate projects where signage and wayfinding requirements may arise.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
