The Social Media Strategist will create and implement tailored social media strategies that align with client goals, engage audiences, and drive brand growth. This role requires expertise in social media analytics, content planning, and campaign management to deliver impactful results. The Manager will work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction, leading a team of specialists to execute high-quality content and staying updated with social trends.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Planning: Develop social media strategies aligned with client goals, identifying target audiences and ideal platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and manage end to end social media campaigns.
- Analytics Reporting: Track performance metrics, refine strategies based on insights.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, align on key deliverables, and continuously refine strategies to match their evolving business goals.
- Team Management: Guide and support social media specialists and creatives, ensuring effective page management,



timely content delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and content quality.
Work Structure
- Employment: Full time
- Location: Alter s office, with client-site visits as required.
- Working Hours: Standard office hours with flexibility based on client/campaign requirements.
Ideal Candidate
- Mangalore-based professional with strong local cultural/language fluency, paired with relevant social media experience
- Prior managerial/team-lead experience with experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content, analytics, and trends.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms including relevant creative platforms
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent client management and relationships building
