We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our eye care hospital network. The ideal candidate will help identify and connect with eye specialist doctors, ophthalmologists, clinics, and healthcare partners who can collaborate with us in opening new eye hospital centres.

The candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare or hospital segment, strong communication skills, and an active presence or understanding of social media platforms for professional networking and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach eye specialist doctors, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare professionals for partnership opportunities.
- Generate leads for opening new eye hospital centres in potential locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare consultants, and local medical networks.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for new eye care centres.




- Coordinate meetings with doctors and healthcare stakeholders to explain the business model and partnership opportunities.
- Support management in evaluating current centre opportunities, doctor tie-ups, and referral partnerships.
- Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and healthcare communities to identify and engage potential doctors and partners.
- Maintain a database of prospective doctors, clinics, hospitals, and business leads.
- Follow up with leads regularly and provide updates to the management team.
- Represent the organization professionally at healthcare events, doctor meets, camps, and local networking activities.
- Work closely with internal teams for onboarding doctors and supporting new centre launch activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, and minimum 5 years in the healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical services industry.
