Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can own, and drive consumer engagements of brands be it events and on-ground activations. This role blends client servicing, business strategy, and flawless execution.
Ideal for someone who can think big while ensuring strong on-ground delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Business Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients on events and activation mandates
· Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans
· Build and maintain robust client relationships to drive repeat business
· Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
2. Strategy & Ideation
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative event and activation concepts
· Proficient Presentation Skills with knowledge to use AI effectively
· Ensure ideas are aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
3. Execution & Operations
· Oversee timelines, logistics,
permissions, and on-ground troubleshooting with the support of Internal Logistics and Operations team.
· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards
4. Financial & Commercial Management
· Manage budgets, cost estimates, and overall project profitability
· Track billing, collections, and ensure financial discipline across accounts
Key Skills & Requirements
· 6–10 years of experience in events, activations, or experiential marketing
· Strong understanding of on-ground execution
· Proven experience in client handling and managing multiple projects
· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
· Solution-driven mindset with strong ownership
