We built India s checkout-as-a-service platform for D2C brands, helping over 1,000 merchants improve conversion rates, reduce fraud in COD orders, and deliver a seamless buying experience. The Role:

The Growth PM at Shopflo will support and drive product-led growth initiatives across the checkout and post-purchase journey. This role focuses on improving merchant revenue outcomes by optimizing acquisition-to-conversion flows, reducing drop-offs, increasing prepaid share, and improving repeat behavior.

You will work at the intersection of product,



data, and engineering, helping identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and ship high-quality features that directly impact GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and retention for D2C brands.

This role is execution-heavy, data-driven, and deeply cooperative with engineering.

What you will do:

Growth Strategy Execution
- Support the growth roadmap across checkout, payments, upsells, RTO reduction, and post-purchase experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, prepaid share, AOV, repeat purchases, and merchant revenue.
- Translate customer insights, merchant feedback, and data signals into clear product requirements.
- Help prioritize the growth backlog based on impact, effort, and business value.

Data Analysis Experimentation
- Track and analyze key growth metrics such as conversion rate, funnel drop-offs, AOV, prepaid vs COD mix, repeat rate, and feature adoption
