We are hiring for the role of Data - Group Coordinator / Team Lead / Manager / Assistant Manager US Medical Billing.

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Data professional in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to oversee Payment Posting & Charge Entry operations, ensure data accuracy, maintain operational efficiency, and support timely and accurate revenue cycle performance. The role involves leading teams, monitoring data quality and productivity KPIs, resolving discrepancies, managing reporting, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve overall RCM operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data operations with a focus on US hospital and physician billing.
- Manage and oversee Payment Posting and Charge Entry processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments, denials, and other transactions.
- Monitor charge entry accuracy, completeness, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Identify and resolve payment posting and charge entry discrepancies.
- Analyze data trends,



identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare, validate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of management reports.
- Track KPIs, productivity, quality, aging, turnaround time, and SLA adherence.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SOPs and process documentation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with Billing, Coding, QA, AR, and other RCM teams to resolve operational and data-related issues.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of process-related challenges.
- Support process improvement initiatives, audits, client requirements, and current projects.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects while ensuring adherence to quality and productivity targets.
