Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, handling client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Design, and Strategy, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct quality checks and oversee posting across social media platforms for all clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and social media campaigns.




- Assist in creating and executing social media, community management, influencer relations, and integrated marketing programs.
- Take briefs from clients and effectively debrief internal teams for seamless execution.
- Manage social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant digital channels.
- Understand clients’ digital media objectives and engagement needs, develop actionable plans, and ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing sustainable business partnerships.
- Support account management and contribute to the growth and retention of key client accounts.

Pay: ₹10,786.43 - ₹30,512.26 per month
