Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays off

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own end-to-end WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases and reduce customer churn
- Build and manage customer segments on CRM for targeted, personalised communication at every stage of the lifecycle. Track and report on key retention metrics, repeat order rate, customer lifetime value and churn rate, and translate data into action
- Own AI-based customer interactive communications to drive retargeting and retention
- Design and execute loyalty programs, referral campaigns and win-back fl
