We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that positive social media isn't just about posting consistently. It's about knowing what to say, why to say it, and how to make people care.

The Role

As a Social Media Manager at Redboots, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media presence of multiple brands while working closely with our strategy, creative and content teams.

You'll be expected to think beyond content calendars — understand the brand, identify opportunities, develop ideas, write copy, coordinate shoots and ensure that every piece of communication feels intentional and on-brand.

What You'll Do




- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build monthly content calendars based on brand objectives, campaigns, launches and cultural moments.
- Ideate Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns and interactive formats.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts and social copy.
- Understand different brand voices and adapt your writing accordingly.
- Research trends, formats, conversations and cultural moments relevant to each brand.
- Brief and coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and editors to execute content.
- Coordinate and participate in content shoots when required.
- Manage day-to-day publishing and ensure content goes out accurately and on time.
- Monitor social media performance and create monthly/regular reports with actionable insights.
- Track what is working, what isn't and continuously improve content strategy.
