Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue bank loans, credit cards, and other outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented, confident, and good at convincing customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and patiently.
- Candidates with experience in bank recovery or loan collection will be preferred.
