What You'll Do
- Own the visual output of the Growth & Marketing team end-to-end from ideation to final delivery. Not just execute, but set the creative direction.
- Build and lead a design culture that is AI-first by default — where tools like Magnific, Google Nano, and ChatGPT-powered workflows are the starting point, not the exception.
- Create high-impact visuals using a blend of AI image generation (with sharp, intentional prompting) and core design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Suite.
- Stay on the cutting edge of the AI design landscape — know the difference between different model flavours (Nano, Pro, and beyond) and know which tool to pick for which problem.
- Bring motion to your work — contribute to GIFs, animated graphics, and short-form video assets that add life to campaigns. (Knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Collaborate closely with producers/copywriters to turn briefs into visual ideas that create impact.
- Think differently. The best idea isn't always the obvious one.



We want a designer who can flip a concept on its head and still hit the deadline.
- Constantly probe into what is working and what is not basis the data insights.

What We're Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in graphic design, with meaningful time spent in a marketing or growth environment.
- Genuine fluency with AI design tools — Magnific, Google Nano, Seedream, Flux, and others. You should be writing prompts the way a copywriter writes headlines: with craft and intention.
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator
- An eye for motion — you don't just design static assets; you think about how they move, breathe, and translate to video.
- A portfolio that shows range: marketing campaigns, social creatives, video thumbnails, motion pieces — and ideally, work that has AI and human craft working together.
- Someone who brings vision, not just execution.
- Comfortable working at a pace in a fast-moving digital media environment.
