Role & responsibilities
- Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs.
- Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
- Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively.
- Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures.
- Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.

Preferred candidate profile
- Valuable knowledge of make-up techniques, products, and beauty trends.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Willing to travel for market visits and business needs.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers results.
- Prior experience in beauty industry or retail management

Pay: Up to ₹517,805.26 per year
