• Liaise with the internal teams and work towards achieving client ecstasy
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and meet with the school management to ensure the loop is
closed and the stakeholders are satisfied
• Manage proposal response process,



including detailed RFP requirements and inputs from
various sources
Skills and Qualifications:
• Successful track record in client support and client handling
• Working experience with client support techniques
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources

Installing electrical or computer equipment such as flat-screen televisions, desktop computers, laptops, GPS , Bio metric , CCTV and tablets.

Suggesting areas where equipment should be set up and where cords should be placed.

Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.

Testing old and new installation connections.

Providing clients with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.
