The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, valuable follow-up ability, and a customer-first attitude. The role involves interacting with customers primarily through phone calls, WhatsApp/chat, email, and other communication channels.
This position is focused mainly on customer service, policy assistance, and claims support, rather than aggressive insurance sales.
Preferred candidate profile
Customer Service Executive to assist customers with Health & Life Insurance queries, policy servicing and claims through calls and chat. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
