Responsibilities
- - Ensure accurate and timely booking of OTC derivative and ETD trades executed by the Front Office.
- - Validate trade economics, trade dates, notional amounts, rates, schedules, and counterparties.
- - Reconcile Front Office trade details against internal systems and source platforms.
- - Identify and resolve trade booking errors promptly.
- - Ensure positive knowledge on swift’s integration like MT300, MT 340, MT540/MT541 and MT910
- - Manage OTC derivative and ETD lifecycle events including amendments, resets, rate fixings, novation’s, restructures, and terminations.
- - Monitor upcoming lifecycle events and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- - Ensure trade data remains consistent between Front Office, Risk, and Operations systems throughout the trade lifecycle.
- - Should be aware of Trade matching platforms and actions to be taken while discrepancy occurs.
- - Handfull experience in CLS bookings and settlements.
- - Good knowledge of Fund setup’s and SSI’s setups.
- - Acting on all Voluntary corporate actions (VCA) by checking with clients,



counterparties and custodians.
- - Quick actions on VCA and report the confirmation to client and custody
- - Track confirmation status to ensure trades are confirmed within agreed timelines.
- - Liaise with internal teams to resolve economic discrepancies raised during confirmation matching.
- - Escalate unmatched or aging confirmations where trade economics are disputed.
- - Perform daily trade and position reconciliations between Front Office and downstream systems.
- - Investigate and resolve trade breaks related to economics, lifecycle events, or system issues.
- - Maintain clear audit trails for trade-related adjustments.
- - Act as the primary trade-management contact for Front Office, Product Control, Risk, and Technology teams.
- - Support traders by addressing trade-related queries and lifecycle event clarifications.
- - Communicate clearly and proactively on trade issues and resolution status.
