Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage health claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with Doctors, and other stakeholders for claim investigation and documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of medical records, bills, and supporting documents to determine claim validity.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of policyholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes throughout the claims lifecycle.
