Key Responsibilities

1. School Leadership & Operations
- Provide overall leadership for the academic and administrative functioning of the school.
- Build and maintain a positive culture of learning, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, procedures and annual plans.
- Work closely with the Promoter/Director and senior leadership team on school initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Oversee the effective utilisation of school resources, facilities and budgets.

2. Academic Leadership & Excellence
- Lead curriculum planning and ensure timely and effective curriculum implementation.
- Monitor teaching-learning processes, assessments, academic progress and student outcomes.
- Use assessment data and benchmarks to identify learning gaps and improve student achievement.
- Monitor academic targets through Coordinators, HODs and teaching teams.
- Promote innovative teaching practices and research best practices to continuously raise academic standards.




- Ensure appropriate support and inclusion for students with special educational needs.
- Conduct regular classes and remain actively connected with classroom learning.

3. Staff Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor and motivate teaching and non-teaching teams.
- Identify training and professional development needs and implement an annual training plan.
- Conduct and monitor classroom observations and staff performance reviews.
- Identify high-potential team members and develop the school's second line of leadership.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of staff in coordination with HR.
- Ensure effective manpower planning as per school requirements and budget.

4. Parent & Student Engagement
- Build strong and skilled relationships with students, parents and the wider school community.
- Maintain an open-door approach and address sensitive student and parent matters effectively.
