To achieve the Sales target for the given zone West Bengal, North east, Orisa
To recover the outstanding payments on or before due time.
To increase the customer base & retain existing customers minimum 90%
To plan & share the customer visit plan for minimum one month in advance for generation of sales enquiries.
Responsible for adhering the statutory requirement of Finance Department with reference to customers.
To provide slow moving product forecast for import & domestic product range.
To arrange customer seminars at least once in 6-month time.
To follow the Sales processes as per ISO norms
To prepare the sales projections & collection commitment every month in the 1st week of the month & keep the focus on the same during month
To identify & appoint the potential dealers in respective zones if required.
To co-ordinate with back office, production & stores for completing the execution activity in smooth manner.
To participate for Current Product development/customized requirement with cross functional team.
To carry out ERP activities for Sales process
Sharing the market intelligence among the team.
To log the customer complaint & co-ordinate with service dept for resolution
Carry out customer satisfaction survey
To adhere to disciplines of the organisation
Marketing activities Promotional activities like Catalogue updates with new product, Advertisement in Regional magazines, Participating in Exhibitions.
