Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform network support as needed.
- Configure Outlook email clients for optimal performance and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on desktop support or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of OS installation, LAN troubleshooting, hardware support, software installation, network support, Outlook configuration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
