Position Overview




The candidate's primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance all finance reporting systems across APAC, which enable a single source of truth. The role is critical to ensure reporting consistency and system integrity, and hence uphold quality and timeliness of financial and operational analysis & reporting to the Asia Leadership team. S/he not only supports APAC Finance community with in-depth understanding in system linkage & structure and identify area for improvement, but also collaborates with Global Management Reporting team in regular planning activities, reporting standardization and system enhancement projects

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain reporting systems (AX, Essbase & FCCS) - include but not limit to system improvement, scripts optimization, access control, master data & alternate hierarchy maintenance
- Understand Financial Reporting such as Closing/Forecasting/Budgeting.
