Role & responsibilities

The candidate should be a Postgraduate and must have over 15 to 20 years of relevant Commercial experience in container liner / shipping agency functions.

The person shall be responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the companys objectives.

Job responsibilities include Business development for the organisation identifying new areas for business expansion, strategic sales plans based on companys goals that will promote sales growth, capacity allocation to optimize revenue, maximize market share, manage customer support processes, market development - identify, contact, capture and retain recent customers & derive customer satisfaction for the organization.

The candidate must be capable of effectively co-ordinating with principals & customers to derive best results. He must be able lead the team effectively & ensuring to drive & implement laid down management policies deriving best possible results.

The desired candidate must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization & possess excellent Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
