We have an urgent hiring requirement for Business Analyst.

Role Overview -

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with robust communication and analytical skills to support requirement gathering, client coordination, and project execution activities. The ideal candidate should possess good aptitude, structured thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities -

●Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

●Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams for requirement clarification

●Prepare BRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation

●Assist in project planning, effort discussions, and task tracking

●Conduct requirement validation and support QA/UAT activities

●Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities

●Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status discussions

●Ensure timely communication of risks, dependencies,



and change requests

Required Skills -

●Strong verbal and written communication skills

●Good analytical and problem-solving ability

●Strong aptitude and logical thinking

●Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

●Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications

●Good documentation and presentation skills

●Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications -

●Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

●Prior exposure to software/web/mobile projects preferred

●Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus

Experience Required: 5+ yr

Budget upto 15 LPA

Notice period can be considered upto 15 - 30 days.

Pay: ₹418,831.02 - ₹1,530,290.65 per year
