About the Role

Neotechie is looking for an experienced
RPA Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Automation Anywhere 360
to join our automation team.

The ideal candidate will have experience across
Task Bots, Agentic Process Automation (APA), and Document Automation
, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on
Healthcare domain
processes.

The role involves end-to-end automation delivery, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, and other developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities





• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for RPA and intelligent automation.

• Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using
Automation Anywhere 360
.

• Develop and maintain
Task Bots, Document Automation solutions, and Agentic Process Automation workflows
.

• Manage the complete
bot lifecycle
, from development through production deployment and support.

• Configure and manage bots through
Automation Anywhere Control Room
.

• Implement robust exception handling, logging, error recovery, and troubleshooting mechanisms.

• Develop complex and agile automation logic to support business requirements.

• Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, web applications, desktop applications, and third-party systems.

• Work with applications including
Excel, Web, Desktop, Citrix, and Mainframe
environments.

• Test and debug bots to ensure functional accuracy, performance, reliability, and quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product
