DI Infotech Leaders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of strong hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The candidate should have practical experience working on different client accounts and should be able to independently manage campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, conversions, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

· Create campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences

· Handle lead generation, sales, remarketing, and conversion campaigns

· Optimize budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, placements, and creatives

· Monitor and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates

· Perform regular campaign analysis and identify areas for improvement





· Manage multiple client accounts independently

· Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights

· Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad requirements

Skills Required

· Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

· Strong experience with Google Search Ads and Performance Max

· Positive understanding of audience targeting and remarketing

· Keyword research and search campaign optimization

· Campaign budgeting and bid optimization

· A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages

· Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

· Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM)

· Meta Pixel and conversion tracking knowledge

· Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys

· Ability to analyze campaign data and take performance-based decisions

· Good knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns

· Ability to troubleshoot low-performing campaign
