Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecalling & B2B Business Development Executive who will be responsible for contacting packaging businesses across India and introducing them to PackConnects.

The candidate will primarily work through outbound calling, lead follow-up, business onboarding and sales conversion.

The person should be comfortable speaking with business owners, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and decision-makers and should have the ability to explain the value of PackConnects clearly.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Business Calling
- Make daily outbound calls to packaging manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Contact businesses obtained through databases, online directories, industry sources, enquiries and internal leads.
- Understand the business profile, products, services and target market of each prospect.
- Identify the decision-maker and initiate a business conversation.

2. Explain PackConnects




- Introduce PackConnects and explain how the platform can help businesses increase their online visibility.
- Explain how businesses can showcase their company, products, packaging categories and services.
- Explain how PackConnects can help businesses connect with potential buyers and generate enquiries.
- Demonstrate the advantages of having a skilled presence on a specialized packaging B2B marketplace.

3. Business Onboarding
- Convince interested businesses to register and create their company profile on PackConnects.
- Assist businesses in completing their registration/profile.
- Encourage businesses to add relevant products, services, images, company information and contact details.
- Ensure that onboarded businesses have complete and accurate profiles.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate qualified business leads through outbound calling.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.
- Convert prospects into registered businesses and, where applicable, paid cus
