Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Loyalty Program to prospective customers, businesses, and partners.
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain the Loyalty Program, its features, advantages, and value proposition to prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into active customers/partners.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new Loyalty Program members/partners.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, presentations, and other business development activities.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, customers, and partners.
- Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/partner queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business generated.
- Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Loyalty Program to new businesses and customer segments.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty Programs, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and lead-management abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Willingness to meet clients and travel, if required.
