DCS Technosis Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives, acquire domestic and international clients, and drive revenue growth in the IT Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Generate domestic and international IT business through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other online platforms.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to maximize performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.





Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.

Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver the best solutions.

Drive online bidding, client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Monitor sales pipeline, CRM, KPIs, and revenue performance while ensuring business growth.

Required Skills

IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B Sales.

Team Leadership and Business Strategy.

International Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.

Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and Sales Tools.

Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Presentation Skills.

Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BE, B.Com, or equivalent).

MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage
