Job Description and responsibilities : -
- Will be designing tools under guidance of Group leader.
- Making Manufacturing drawings in Auto CAD
- Design of small & Medium tools in Catia and UG Nx
- Resolving certain shop related problems

Desired profile of the candidate : -
- Should be a mechanical or tool engineer with more than 60% marks IN SSC & +2.

Required Skill Set ( tool engineering) : -
- 1. Should have knowledge in GD & T
- 2. Knowledge in Manufacturing processes
- 3. Should have knowledge on Heat treatment
- 4.Thorough knowledge on Materials, Heat treatment and usage for various applications
- 5. Valuable in design calculation for estimating the cutting, bending & Draw loads
- 6.should be well know to the generic construction of draw/ trim/ flanging and cam dies
- 7. should be able to make BOM.

Relevant Industry : -
- Tool rooms of automobile companies
- Press shops
- Die maintenance and manufacturing
- Plastic molds and jigs and fixture industry.

Qualification : -
- B.E Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production
- Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
- NTTF 4 year diploma in Tool & Die making
- GTTC POST DIPLOMA
- POST DIPLOMA IN TOOL DESIGN -CITD
