As a Senior Technical Application Specialist, specialised in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform:
- Lead a team of Technical Application Specialists (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) handling design of complex engagements, with a focus on predictable delivery and engineering excellence, whilst working in a collaborative and agile environment.
- Lead by example by being a hands-on contributor and providing oversight and feedback
- Work collaboratively with other team members, partners and third parties to support empowered teams who are motivated to solve business problems and realise value for customers.
- Provide line-management and personal development support for engineering team members.

Experience using Microsoft Technologies with 10+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises & Dynamics 365 CE:
• Full Customizes Dynamics 365 CRM Applications to meet user requirements.
• Experience in C#, plug-in, custom workflows.
• Experience in developing Web resources (JavaScript, Html, jQuery).
• Experience in Workflows, Business Rul
