We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who understands more than just posting content. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of social media strategy, marketing funnels, lead generation, customer journeys, campaign planning, and performance marketing.

You will be responsible for developing strategies that help our clients increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, conversions, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Create and manage marketing funnels from awareness to lead generation and conversion.
- Develop content strategies based on different stages of the customer journey.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, stories, and promotional activities.
- Build strategies for lead generation, engagement, remarketing, and conversion.
- Understand and implement different funnel models such as Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention.
- Conduct competitor, audience, and market research.




- Identify target audiences and develop suitable content and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative team members to execute strategies.
- Develop creative briefs, content ideas, hooks, CTAs, and campaign concepts.
- Analyse social media insights and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Track important KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Suggest and implement strategies for improving organic and paid performance.
- Understand Meta Ads, retargeting, audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and conversion campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, marketing tools, and new digital strategies.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their business goals and convert them into actionable marketing strategies.
