Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial planning, budgeting and accounting operations.
- Manage project-wise budgets, CSR/donor funds and financial reporting.
- Ensure statutory, tax, FCRA and other applicable compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, cash-flow reports and Utilization Certificates.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and donor audits.
- Establish strong financial controls, procurement and payment systems.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure proper utilization of funds.
- Supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Advise the Director and Board on financial risks, sustainability and strategic decisions.

Qualification & Experience
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent.
- 6–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO, CSR or donor-funded organization.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting and financial management.
- High integrity, analytical ability and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
