About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness :

Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Environmental, Financial, and Sexual Reproductive Wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building the team, systems, and technology required to scale HiWox.

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity , with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue.

As an HR Business Operations Officer at HiWox, your primary responsibilities would include: HR People Operations
- Build and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and HR processes.
- Help recruit and coordinate HiWoxs founding and operational teams across healthcare, technology, product,



marketing, and business.
- Develop role structures, KPIs, SOPs, performance systems, and internal policies.
- Build a robust culture of ownership, accountability, and execution.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination across team members.

Business Operations
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure key tasks and projects are executed on time.
- Coordinate between the founders and different functional teams.
- Build operational dashboards to track hiring, projects, KPIs, deliverables, and business activities.
- Develop SOPs and workflows to make the organization more structured and scalable.
- Support partnerships, research, vendor coordination, documentation, and other strategic initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.

AI Automation
- Identify repetitive HR and operational processes that can be automated.
- Use AI agents, automation too
