The Role and responsibilities :
- Hands on experience in execution of building projects and mass housing, high rise buildings.
- Experience in Construction elements, erection, structural working and also experience of finishing items.
- Ability to have effective interaction with clients.
- Knowledge of planning, Programming, and other allied engineering, construction activities.
- Should have relevant experience of execution of mass high-rise residential, commercial, industrial projects.
- Should have experience in planning, procurement, billing, conversant with CPM Pert Chart, Program etc.
