Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who is passionate about the creator economy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll own influencer campaigns from creator discovery and outreach to campaign execution and reporting, while working closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to deliver high-impact collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Influencer Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned with campaign objectives.




- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Expand and strengthen Talentrix Media's creator network.

Campaign Execution
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and creator communication.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality content standards.

Brand & Client Coordination
- Collaborate with brands and internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives.
- Recommend suitable creators and campaign strategies.
- Support negotiations related to deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

Performance & Insights
- Track campaign performance using key metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare campaign reports and share actionable insights for future optimization.
