About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, people-oriented, and organized individual who will become the face of our ecosystem. This role spans across 2 businesses operating from the same premises:
- A premium coworking space
- A work café

The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage daily operations, convert leads into customers, and maintain long-term client relationships across both verticals .

Key Responsibilities

1. Coworking Space (Community Manager)

Front Desk & Operations
- Manage the reception and welcome all visitors and members.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and day-pass bookings.
- Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and workspaces are operational and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Maintain visitor records.

Community Management
- Build relationships with members and understand their requirements.
- Organize networking sessions, workshops, and community events.
- Resolve member concerns promptly.
- Increase member engagement and retention.

Sales & Lead Management




- Handle all incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Conduct coworking space tours.
- Convert inquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly occupancy targets.

Client Relations
- Ensure a premium customer experience.
- Manage renewals and upsell premium services.
- Collect testimonials and referrals.

2. Work Café Operations & Customer Relations

Customer Experience
- Ensure every guest receives excellent service.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Build relationships with regular customers.

Sales
- Promote café offers and memberships.
- Upsell menu items.
- Increase repeat customer visits.

Marketing Support
- Assist in promoting work café events.
- Capture customer feedback.
- Encourage reviews on Google and social media.

Common Responsibilities Across All Businesses
