About the Role

Ahamyo Care is looking for a passionate, energetic, and performance-driven Sports Physiotherapist to join our growing Sports Academy and Athlete Performance Program. The role involves working directly with athletes, sports teams, academies, and individual players to optimize performance, prevent injuries, facilitate rehabilitation, and improve overall athletic outcomes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-field during training sessions and competitions, conducting player assessments, designing strength & conditioning programs, and managing athletes across different sporting disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Sports Performance & Athlete Management:

Conduct comprehensive sports-specific assessments and movement screenings.
Develop individualized injury prevention and performance enhancement plans.
Monitor athlete progress through periodic assessments and reporting.
Profile athletes and maintain performance records.
Identify risk factors affecting athletic performance and injury occurrence.

On-Field Sports Physiotherapy :





Provide on-ground physiotherapy support during training sessions, camps, tournaments, and competitions.
Manage acute sports injuries and emergency sports care.
Provide taping, strapping, recovery protocols, and return-to-play planning.
Coordinate with coaches and team management regarding athlete readiness and performance.

Strength & Conditioning :

Design and supervise strength and conditioning programs.
Improve athlete mobility, agility, power, endurance, speed, and functional performance.
Implement sports-specific conditioning protocols.
Educate athletes on recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimization.

Rehabilitation & Injury Management:

Assess and treat sports injuries.
Develop structured rehabilitation programs.
Monitor recovery milestones and return-to-sport criteria.
Utilize evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to maximize outcomes.

Athlete Development Programs:

Work with individual
