Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of good communication during all interactions, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a positive customer experience
- Explain product or service features and benefits to potential customers clearly and concisely
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services and pricing
- Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, track interest levels, and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Persuade potential customers to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments, requesting more information, or making a purchase
- Accurately perform data entry of call details, customer information, interactions, and lead status into the CRM system or database
- Maintain and update the customer database with recent information and changes
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer objections and rejections professionally and politely
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve strategies
