Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and handle customer queries.
• Generate leads through calls and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and skilled communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and convincing abilities.
