Your Role:
As an Accountability Coach, my primary role is to ensure that every
student in the MCA program stays consistent, guided, and supported
throughout their journey.
Role Denition
I act as a bridge between the students and the main coach, helping
them stay aligned with their weekly goals, session tasks, and overall
progress.
My focus is on engagement, motivation, discipline, and ensuring
smooth execution of every process from onboarding to completion.
Ensure smooth onboarding of every new student with all necessary
links, videos, and access details.
Responsibility
Deliverable
Maintain active engagement and communication across community
and sub-groups.
Conduct accountability check-ins and follow-ups to track task
completion and progress.
Coordinate all pre-session and post-session communications
(reminders, instructions, links, etc.).
Manage attendance, screenshots, and participation tracking for every
live session.
Share motivational audios, videos, and messages from PH/VK/MM
to maintain energy in the group.




Coordinate with hosts and co-coaches for smooth session execution.
Follow up for payments, agreements, and login-related issues.
Create and manage all WhatsApp groups for recent batches, update
descriptions, and ensure proper structure.
Share welcome videos (like Ganpati video), declaration messages, and
instructions for new joiners.
Share important links: WhatsApp chat group, payment link, MCA login
access, and book purchase link.
Tasks & Activities
Share motivational and introductory videos/audios by
PH, MM and VK at key moments in the program.
Schedule, host, and manage pre-session and post-session
communication including reminders and updates.

Make reminder calls to ensure session attendance and engagement.
Take attendance screenshots at 7:01 PM and update attendance
sheets.
Upload the full session recordings and share them with proper
captions and notes the next day.
Share all relevant session materials: mindmaps, ip chart images,
bonus links, and work
