Position Overview:

We are looking for a Plant Head – CNC Precision Production who can take full ownership of the production floor and drive quality, productivity, and skill development.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of managing people, machines, and production schedules to ensure maximum output with zero quality compromise.

This is a key leadership role for someone who can bring structure, discipline, and technical expertise to transform our growing unit into a high-performance precision manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:




- Lead and oversee daily CNC production activities (turning, milling, and component finishing).
- Ensure maximum output from machines while maintaining top quality standards.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, shift planning, and delivery targets.
- Optimize machine utilization, tool life, and reduce idle time.

2. Quality & Process Control:
- Enforce strict quality checks at every stage of production.
- Implement process standardization, inspection sheets, and tolerance control systems.
- Drive root-cause analysis for any rework or rejection cases.
- Work closely with QC engineers to maintain consistent output.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate machinists, operators, and supervisors.
- Build ownership and accountability among workers.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct regular training on CNC operation, tool handling, and inspection methods.
