Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Operations Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, user administration, endpoint management, and technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, device management, troubleshooting, data migration, and basic cybersecurity practices. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to support both internal teams and business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including:
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
SharePoint Online
User account creation, modification, licensing, permissions, and access management.
Configure, enroll,



and manage company devices using Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for:
Windows desktops and laptops
macOS devices
iPhones and iPads (iOS/iPadOS)
Printers, peripherals, and other office IT equipment.
Perform software installation, updates, patch management, and application deployment.
Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, device setup, access assignment, and asset allocation.
Perform data backup, restoration, migration, and system recovery activities.
Assist in email setup, mailbox migration, Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and user privilege management.
Support application deployment, licensing, configuration, and access management across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms.
Monitor endpoint compliance and ensure devices adhere to organizational security policie
